1. Our Commitment
We strive for accuracy, but errors happen. When they do, we:
- Correct promptly with clear transparency.
- Update the original article (with a correction notice).
- Notify readers if the error is significant.
2. How to Report Errors
- Email contact@newsfoxy.com with:
- Article title + URL.
- Error description + credible sources (if applicable).
3. Correction Types
- Minor Edits : Typos/fact errors → Fixed silently.
- Major Errors : Misquotes, false claims → Added “Correction:” tag at the article’s top.
- Retractions : For severe inaccuracies → Labeled “Retracted” with an explanation.
4. Reader Updates
- Subscribers get email alerts for major corrections.
- Corrections are logged in our public archive (link).
5. Staff Accountability
- Errors are reviewed internally to prevent repeats.
